This position will oversee the sanitizing of equipment and the compounding of product per instruction while maintaining cGMPs and ISO compliance standards.

Job Function Summary: |
Manufacture all the Coloplast Skin/Wound Care products. Operate Skin/Wound Care mixing equipment and complete necessary paper work and inspections per cGMP requirements to fulfil customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of company policies, procedures, health and safety regulations, plans and interdepartmental relationships
Must understand these policies and procedures, communicate them to team members and ensure they are followed.
- Ensure the arrival of compounding team members
- Follow up on any issues from previous shift or day
- Audit performance of start-up process
- Respond to any problems with start up
- Verify condition of line from previous shift or day
- Verify daily production requirements
- Fill in for any absent team members (online and offline) when necessary up to and including varying shifts based on production
- Assure smooth start
- Assure all team members are punctual and in place
- Assure compliance with standardized work
- Schedule Batch changeovers
- Cross train team members
- Stagger breaks if production issues
- Set break usage example and ensure other department employees are be back on time from breaks
- Stagger lunches based on production demands
- Ensure that compounding production is completed
- Gather compounding production paperwork from team members
- Prepare end of shift production or logs
- Team Lead conducts meeting in absence of Production Manager
- Convey information for teams
- Review and audit setup logs to assure that Coloplast procedures are being followed.
- Complete E1 transactions as needed.
- Ensure that lines are properly set-up for the next run or shift
- Promote a continuous improvement environment through initiatives and preventive actions.
