About the role
The Commercial Excellence Manager is a key driver of business growth, responsible for generating strategic insights and guiding the company's commercial strategy. This role involves leveraging data to inform decision-making, identifying market opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance business performance. The Commercial Excellence Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
What you'll be doing
Generate Compelling Business Insights
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior management on commercial initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities through market and performance analyses
- Maintain performance visualisation to enable on-going insight
Shape Organisational Strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Develop business cases and identify business development opportunities
- Own the Annual Business strategy process
- Steer Account Specific Action Plans for major accounts
Data Management
- Maintain data to ensure its accuracy, accessibility, and reliability for analysis and decision-making
- Improve efficiency in data handling
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Experience with Power BI and Salesforce
