Job Function Summary

  • You are offered a unique opportunity to join a high-performing and impactful Strategy team based in Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • We look to the Strategy team to raise our game and create break-through in our North American Chronic Care growth markets, typically in commercial and strategic projects. This means being a cross -functional partner to our local teams and management, focusing on building commercial opportunities by solving our most impactful commercial challenges
  • Working in Strategy is a “contact sport” with lots of interactions with many different people all over North America and with Global HQ. We measure ourselves on the positive impact we have on the people and the businesses we work closely with
  • People typically work in Strategy for a couple of years – enhancing their commercial understanding significantly before stepping into a next level role

 

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Drive and support commercial & strategic projects, e.g. country strategies, merger & acquisitions, post-merger integrations, go to market strategies or commercial change projects
  • Drive/Support critical strategic planning process, e.g. country reviews and annual business plannings
  • Act as trusted senior advisor to our North American management team on select projects and tasks
  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for implementing North America strategies and managing project pipelines
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices across departments in the organization

Basic Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, strategy/corporate development role, M&A, and/or healthcare
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Strong analytical toolbox and sound problem-solving skills
  • Leadership ambitions and potential
  • Solid project management skills; Experience leading diverse teams and delivering results on a project basis, including defining and managing scope, timeline, etc.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Clear, concise communication across media: written, oral, presentation
  • IT skills required: Super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $85,628 - $129,942. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
