Senior Product Manager

The Women’s Health (WH) Marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own, lead, and drive the highly

visible and successful Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) portfolio for WH. This role will drive the global strategic

planning for the SUI market with direct ownership of tactical execution of the marketing activities for the North

America market. This role will manage all marketing aspects including messaging, clinical marketing, and competitive

blunting. Additionally, this person will be able to partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Sales, Sales

Training, Sales Operations, Clinical, Regulatory, and Engineering as well as work closely with implanting physicians and

KOLs to maximize marketing campaigns and reach more patients.

 

Major Areas of Accountability:

  • Manages all marketing and business aspects of defined products including: forecasting, budgeting, marketing plans, sales and customer training, product improvements, marketing literature, medical conventions/shows, and ongoing promotion campaigns
  • Conducts market analysis, and provides analysis and recommendations to management
  • Provides marketing insight and direction to potential new product areas
  • Provide planning and project management support for product launches
  • Manage the document control process for downstream marketing materials
  • Interprets and translates scientific clinical data and economic data into commercial implications
  • Develop marketing plans and activities for responsible product lines
  • Support surgeon workshops, forums, and training events
  • Work with sales training to build modules and execute trainings for sales representatives
  • Deliver technical presentations to various stakeholders, including sales force, surgeons, and internal management
  • Create and implement marketing tools and programs and collaborate with other business units within to refine and continuously improve collaterals and other documentation
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills related to interfacing and establishing relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions are customer-driven
  • Acts as product line and therapy subject-matter expert
  • Leverage field experience to provide feedback for continuous system improvement
  • Conform with Coloplast Code of Conduct and all local Compliance Standards
  • Conform with Coloplast Q/EHS Policy
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Essential Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required with business or marketing emphasis.  MBA preferred
  • 10+ years relevant experience related to medical device/ product field
  • Strong marketing background
  • Sales experience in medical device/urology/ single-use devices helpful
  • Excellent presentation skills and professional image essential, with strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50%
