The Senior Health Economics Manager role is responsible for planning, executing and supporting strategic global Health Economic activities within Interventional Urology. This person will create tools, messaging and strategies to support the Interventional Urology business. Additionally, this person will partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal as well as work closely with physicians and KOLs to maximize health economic strategies.

Major Areas of Accountability:
|
- Support and manage strategies for high-growth opportunities across multiple business units by targeting strategic/relationship-based agreements delivering customer success for the economic stakeholders along the customer journey.
- Develop and implement global value-based messaging and tools focused on the economic buyer.
- Act as a subject matter expert by supporting the U.S. and global health economic projects related to Interventional Urology
- Work closely with our Marketing, Sales and National Sales team to create specific evidence and tools to communicate our health economics benefits to key customers, including Tenders, IDN’s, and GPO’s
- Support the development and planning of health economic studies and white papers that meet business objectives
- Monitor latest health economic trends and assess impact to our business
- Create and implement economic tools and programs and collaborate with other business units within to refine and continuously improve collaterals and other documentation
- Deliver technical presentations to various stakeholders, including sales force, HCPs, Economic Decision Makers, and internal stakeholders
- Interprets and translates scientific clinical data and economic data into commercial implications
- Support the document control process for health economic marketing materials
- Work with sales training to build modules and execute trainings for sales representatives
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills related to interfacing and establishing relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions are customer-driven
- Leverage field experience to provide feedback for continuous system improvement

Essential Qualifications:
|
- BA/BS required with business or marketing emphasis. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years relevant experience related to medical device/ product field
- Strong marketing background
- Experience in medical device/urology/ single-use devices helpful
- Excellent presentation skills and professional image essential, with strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
