Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst

The Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives through the design, development, improvement and/or implementation of sales processes, systems, and reporting.  This includes initiatives and activities that develop and/or enhance Interventional Urology sales processes and systems that ultimately improve sales effectiveness, enable growth, and support sales execution. This role is also designed to help create a collaborative and cohesive work environment between sales and its functional partners in order to create successful and highly productive sales professionals. You will have the responsibility for strategically identifying, developing, and implementing tools, resources, and programs which align the efforts of key stakeholders in the Interventional Urology organization.


Major Areas of Accountability


  • Interacts and works closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Surgical Support, Supply Chain, HR, Finance & IT
  • Analyze and share recommendations for continuous process and system improvement to improve sales effectiveness, enable growth, and support sales execution.
  • Partner to design, build, deploy and support reports and dashboards via PowerBI
  • Participate in projects related to sales quota assignment, optimal territory alignment, and sales performance management.
  • Determine and analyzes metrics to guage the success of existing processes and, if neccesary, develop plans to optimze solutions
  • Own 3rd party market data (Definitive Healthcare) program; provide infomration, share insights, and support IU commercial execution
  • Identify and lead efforts to deliver and/or enhance process and systems that optimize sales productivity.
  • Support business planning and ensure key performance indicators and metrics are developed that provide the right level of focus on sales initiatives and sales execution.
  • Administer quarterly Sales IBO program
  • Support sales hardware deployments and Sales Enablement tool implementation
  • Partner with Sales, Surgical Support, and Supply Chain to measure and enforce all inventory KPIs
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive transformational efficiencies, vis a vis (CRM), PowerBI, and other Sales Enablement tools
  • Conform with Coloplast Code of Conduct and all local Compliance Standards
  • Conform with Coloplast Q/EHS Policy
  • Other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant area is required.
  • 5+ years successful Sales or Commercial Operations or Commercial Excellence experience.
  • 2+ years PowerBI and administration experience.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency required.
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work within deadlines is essential.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (10%)
