Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst

The Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives through the design, development, improvement and/or implementation of sales processes, systems, and reporting. This includes initiatives and activities that develop and/or enhance Interventional Urology sales processes and systems that ultimately improve sales effectiveness, enable growth, and support sales execution. This role is also designed to help create a collaborative and cohesive work environment between sales and its functional partners in order to create successful and highly productive sales professionals. You will have the responsibility for strategically identifying, developing, and implementing tools, resources, and programs which align the efforts of key stakeholders in the Interventional Urology organization.
