
The Interventional Urology Professional Education Manager is responsible for leading end to end professional and patient education to include curriculum and content build, commercial implementation strategy, resourcing, budgeting, execution and effectiveness analysis. This person will be responsible for managing customer relationships for professional education to include HCP faculty, advance practice providers, healthcare administration and purchasing organizations. This person will work closely with medical affairs to develop content to drive curriculum.

Major Areas of Accountability:
|
- Design and implement educational curriculum, pathways and objectives by assessing HCP learning needs and aligning annual marketing and organizational objectives and initiatives
- Develop and/or adopt new educational tools (such as simulation, models etc.) needed to effectively meet learning objectives and drive procedural skillset advancement
- Manage execution of professional education events including annual event calendar build out, event planning and initiation, agenda development, faculty selection and management, communication development, content review, onsite review of content execution, budget and reconciliation process
- Manage ongoing case observation sites to include facility requirements, date selection, attendee registration, event logistics, hosting sales rep training, event execution and budget/invoice reconciliation
- Coordinate with Marketing and Events Managers to ensure smooth handoff for event logistics and execution for each event
- Develop and implement a pre and post-event educational pathway that ensures continued learning and engagement before and after the education event has taken place
- Develop process and pathways to analyze resourcing, budgeting and effectiveness of each educational program
- Cross-functional liaison with sales and marketing to ensure alignment with annual business plan and execute professional development strategy
- Manage KOL relationships that serve as faculty, proctors and education consultants
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external partners that include, medical affairs, marketing, sales, compliance, legal, finance, KOLs, professional societies etc.
- Facilitate HCP Contract Renewals in partnership with IU Contracts
- Ensure adherence with Coloplast Code of Conduct, and all compliance and legal guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
|
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, biologic sciences, health sciences or relevant area is required
- 10 + years of work experience in a related position such as, marketing, medical education, or professional work with an academic institution/hospital/university, medical society or other role in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Expert knowledge of continuing professional education, adult education principles, and instructional design. Well versed in professional medical content creation and familiarity with CME/ CE/ CPD standards. Strong communication skills. Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency required
- Clinical and relationship building abilities
- Collaborative mindset and project participation and management while working remotely
- Willingness and ability to travel (30-40%)
- Employees must possess a valid driver’s license, as driving will be required for this position
