The Digital Media Manager, will take on a key marketing role on the Interventional Urology Marketing team at Coloplast reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Media Manager will work cross-functionally with business teams and Digital Marketing Manager on the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns. Including paid search, display, programmatic, and social media advertising strategies. This role will define key media strategies, drive execution and optimization, and provide statistics and insights on performance towards growth based KPIs. The Digital Media Manager will be a pivotal player on a dynamic, ambitious team.


Major Areas of Accountability:


  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to meet business needs
  • Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or other relevant field of study
  • 1 – 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media
  • Experience from working in digital savvy global or regional companies – preferably combined with consultancy experience.
  • The ability to create and develop new, innovative ideas to drive business and customer value.
