The HCP Digital Program Manager, will take on a key marketing role on the Interventional Urology Marketing team at Coloplast reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The HCP Digital Program Manager will work cross-functionally with the business units, regional, and country teams to develop and execute key Health Care Provider (HCP) focused programs. This role will define and drive key project initiatives and build digital excellence to support countries launching HCP services and mature HCP Engagement in Coloplast. The HCP Digital Program Manager will be a pivotal player on a dynamic, ambitious team.

 

Major Areas of Accountability:

 

  • Coordinate across business units, regions, and countries to:
  • Identify business requirements
  • Define how content should be presented on the platform to best meet customer needs
  • Identify content gaps then build and manage roadmap to fill the gaps

 

  • While working in conjunction with corporate platform owners:
  • Define and manage the overall project plan and drive rollouts in local markets
  • Develop business goals and KPIs
  • Manage launch activation and post launch processes to drive commercial impact
  • Drive performance management based KPIs

 

  • Manage timelines and ensure others meet them
  • Lead business testing of systems prior to launch to ensure expectations are met
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications or other relevant field of study
  • 5 – 7 years successful digital or marketing project management experience
  • Willingness to travel 10 – 15%; including some international travel
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience from working in digital savvy global or regional companies – preferably combined with consultancy experience.
  • The ability to create and develop new, innovative ideas to drive commercial and customer value.
