Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate program for recent graduates striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

 

The program consists of two, 12-month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.

 

After completing the program, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract. 

 

Welcome to the Wound & Skin Care Marketing Team

Starting between June 1st and September 1st, 2023, you’ll spend the first 12 months of the program in Coloplast’s Wound & Skin Care Marketing team at our North America Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.

 

Here, you will join a team consisting of 8 teammates supporting product marketing, market research and marketing communications for the US and Canada. The team is small and agile which gives members autonomy to deliver solutions and implement ideas quickly. The team sets a strategic plan for the year and delivers upon the plan so objectives and goals are clear. The marketing team supports our field sales team through the sales cycle - from creating new opportunities to closing and implementing new business.

 

After completing the first half of the program, you will get to embark on an adventure to our Global Headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate program.

 

What this role has to offer you

In this role, you will have ownership over project work and will have exposure to new product launch activities, playing a key role in bringing new products to market.

 

More specifically, you will:

  • Perform market analysis to identify and execute on a winning go-to-market strategy
  • Lead category reviews to support product positioning
  • Support product launch initiatives including working with creative agencies to develop marketing collateral
  • Understand customer needs and how our current and future product portfolio can help solve them
  • Build successful cross-functional relationships to deliver upon project objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Additionally, you can expect a flexible work arrangement, with Tuesdays & Thursdays in the office in Minneapolis and Monday, Wednesday and Friday being remote

 

We are looking for top Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates worldwide who:

  • Have a strong performance track record in terms of grades & between 0-3 years of work experience
  • Have a strong personal drive and great interpersonal skills
  • Curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
  • Are not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Live our values and want to make a difference for people facing intimate medical conditions
  • Are mobile and flexible with a strong desire & capability to live and work abroad
  • Are fluent in English
