Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate program for recent graduates striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.


The program consists of two, 12-month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.


After completing the program, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract. 


Welcome to the Chronic Care Marketing Team

Starting between June 1st and September 1st, 2023, you’ll spend the first 12 months of the program in Coloplast’s Chronic Care Marketing team at our North America Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. Here, you will join a dynamic team of marketing professionals supporting our Ostomy and Continence Care businesses.


After completing the first half of the program, you will get to embark on an adventure to our Global Headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate program.


Help us Build an Ambassador Model in North America

You will work across our Ostomy and Continence Care businesses with a focus on building an Ambassador model.


Doing so, you will:

  • Provide strategic and practical guidance for working with ambassadors & patient associations
  • Provide the right legal and regulatory framework and contracts for ambassador agreements for the US
  • Develop a detailed plan for an Ostomy Care/Chronic Care ambassador program & patients associations, which includes:  
    • Assessment of current Continence Care ambassadors & associations and generate ideas on how to expand the program
    • Building an ambassador plan for our Ostomy Care business
    • Further integrating ambassador activities in our consumer business by working strategically with ambassadors towards commercial goals
    • Determining budget and resources
    • Activity planning


We are looking for top Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates worldwide who:

  • Have a strong performance track record in terms of grades & between 0-3 years of work experience
  • Have a strong personal drive and great interpersonal skills
  • Curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
  • Are not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Live our values and want to make a difference for people facing intimate medical conditions
  • Are mobile and flexible with a strong desire & capability to live and work abroad
  • Are fluent in English
