Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate program for recent graduates striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

 

The program consists of two, 12-month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.

 

After completing the program, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract. 

 

Welcome to IU Global Finance

Starting no later than September 1st, 2023, you’ll spend the first 12 months of the program in Coloplast’s Interventional Urology Global Finance team at our North America Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. Here, you will join a team of highly skilled colleagues that are all motivated and high performing with natural curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset. 

 

Our team supports all finance needs to Interventional Urology globally, including sales, marketing, innovation, customer service, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. As a graduate in IU Global Finance, you will become a valued business advisor and partner in a highly visible role. In addition, you will have opportunities to improve processes, make an impact to help support the organization’s strong growth ambitions and will learn about various functions of our growing business.

 

After completing the first half of the program, you will get to embark on an adventure to our Global Headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark or another large subsidiary. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate program.

 

Key position responsibilities

This role will work across functions in both the US and Global to support all finance needs to Interventional Urology globally, and the key responsibilities for your first rotation will include the following activities:

 

  • Engaging and collaborating with business leaders to improve financial reporting processes
  • Learning finance and accounting processes including reporting, analysis, business cases and more
  • Learning the medical device business and how essential finance support is to run a high performing site

 

We are looking for top Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates worldwide who:

  • Have a strong performance track record in terms of grades & between 0-3 years of work experience
  • Have a strong personal drive and great interpersonal skills
  • Curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
  • Are not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Live our values and want to make a difference for people facing intimate medical conditions
  • Are mobile and flexible with a strong desire & capability to live and work abroad
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are motivated to join a growing, innovative company
