The role


Coloplast Interventional Urology produces a range of surgical devices to help people who suffer from urological disorders such as erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, weak pelvic muscles, kidney stones and enlarged prostate.


Within the UK we are looking to recruit an experienced Men’s Health Urology Nurse to deliver excellence in clinical care, as well as work to build the reputation of our nurse education platform.  You will set up and run a Men’s Health service in areas where this is agreed upon by both Coloplast and local stakeholders, engaging and working closely with them to align the service to local needs.  You will be responsible for delivering education and training programmes to Urology nurses nationwide, and will work alongside NHS Men’s Health partners to develop patient pathways.  You will also support Marketing by identifying new material requirements and assessing new products, and will be required to stay abreast of changes in clinical care.


To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified and experienced clinical practitioner with high levels of clinical competence in Men’s Health, with passion, empathy and drive, and a desire to exceed expectations for the role.  With excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of interpersonal skills, you will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with key external stakeholders, clinical colleagues and patients.  You will be innovative and dynamic, driving the business forward, and providing excellent clinical outcomes for all within Men’s Health. 


Experience at a senior nursing level of leading and driving a service of change is essential for this role with a post-graduate qualification being desirable.  You must hold a full driving licence, as the role will cover the whole of UK, with a significant amount of time being spent in and around the London area.
