As an ERP Specialist at Coloplast, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our ERP system remains cutting-edge and continues to support thousands of employees daily. You will leverage your creativity and expertise to keep us at the forefront of innovation.

Join Our Global ERP Team

You will be part of a dynamic ERP team supporting Global Distribution within Coloplast. Despite being a hybrid team spread across Europe, we value knowledge sharing and foster a strong sense of collaboration. You will work closely with Senior ERP Specialists based in our Business Center in Szczecin, Poland, and our Distribution Center in Hamburg, Germany. While we operate online and are not limited to specific regions, being based in Poland or Portugal is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on the JD Edwards ERP system, integrated with our TMS and Cutting solution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading ERP projects from defining needs to implementation and governance.
• Analyzing and discussing requirements with the business to identify optimal solutions.
• Guiding and instructing sourced experts in India to develop the right solutions.
• Training users on new functionalities.
• Maintaining and developing all modules used within the Distribution area, in close alignment with our Senior ERP Specialists.
• Focusing on automation in ERP system development.
• Documenting to ensure clear communication and understanding across the team and stakeholders.

You will stay updated on the latest functionalities and work with your colleagues to maintain our leading edge in development, empowering us to support the business effectively.

Your Background and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should be creative, service-minded, and proactive in finding the best solutions for stakeholders. Additionally, you should have:

• A master’s degree in engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience with the JDE Warehouse Management module.
• Experience working in global organizations, possibly as a consultant.
• A strong desire to develop and gain knowledge in automation.
