The Marketing Manager Endourology is responsible of the marketing strategy for the  endourology  portfolio, including single use devices and capital equipment (laser),  which will drive the growth of this business. The marketing strategy includes all the aspects of B2B marketing.

Missions

  • Design and execute the marketing strategy of the endourology and laser portfolio in urology in Europe according to the company objectives
  • Management of a team of product managers
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the European urology market : size , market performance, clinical trends, market share , competitive analysis, price points, reimbursement and health economics data
  • Define and lead the strategy to develop the business in Europe according to the company objectives: own the strategy on how to engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to win
  • Articulate the action plan to execute the marketing strategy from market analysis to event management with the various stakeholders ( Marketing communication , RA, Compliance, Medical Affairs, upstream teams, Supply Chain, Operation, R&D, commercial teams, finance, comex… and local country marketers)
  • Design the value propositions and the unique selling points according to the market segmentation and prioritize the targeting
  • Create a strong relationship with the Key Opinion leaders in this clinical area and the main medical societies (EAU etc.)
  • Actively coordinate the forecasts, supply allocation management.
  • Collaborate to the professional education curriculum.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the activities.
  • Animate country marketers’ network to align strategy, build projects, ensure consistency and synergies

Profil

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in marketing and/or medical with 10-15  years of experience in a marketing/ product management in healthcare, medical devices or/and capital equipment
  • Team Management experience and ability to work cross-functionally required
  • Fluent in English (another European language is a plus ) & ability to travel up to 50%
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally required, Develops strong, positive & effective working relationships with individuals inside & outside the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and marketing performance knowledge.
  • Strong ability to motivate and manage a team .
