The marketing communications manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic communication plans and determine tactics for marketing programs, materials and event marketing activities.
Missions
- Develop and implement internal & external communications for Europe
- Direct and manage external service providers in the creation development of advertising and marketing campaigns (design firm, illustrators, photographers…)
- Leads the Marketing Communications (“MARCOM”) function including graphic design to support internal and external communications (marketing collateral).
- Generates compelling, engaging content to support content-driven integrated strategy that sets Coloplast apart from the competition.
- Recommends most effective communication channels to reach relevant target groups and helps ensure the appropriate audience receives relevant messaging.
- Supervises the development of materials, presentations and other marketing communications for launches, campaigns and other product and service marketing efforts as well as sales meetings, tradeshows and events.
- Working cross-functionally, oversees all content strategy, including the development and distribution of digital and traditional advertising campaigns, print and web-based publications, social media, and emerging opportunities.
- Serves as a Super User for PromoMats; provides guidance and training on how to use the system, facilitates routing, approval and editing of all projects, adhering to Legal and Regulatory processes and standards.
- Serves as DAM specialist and point person to set goals and deadlines to ensure the DAM vendor meets objectives and determined deliverables
- Serves as International Brand Ambassador ensuring that all marketing materials comply with Coloplast’s Corporate Visual Identity (CVI)
- Oversees and manages relationships with agencies that support Coloplast to ensure design formats and graphical elements are consistent with Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) guidelines
- Serves as project manager to successfully ensure all projects meet deadlines and objectives.
- Partners with International Marketing Events Manager to identify promotional opportunities to help generate ROI at key congresses and events
- Collaborates with the Digital Marketing team to leverage and optimize Coloplast websites, emarketing tools, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media channels and other digital marketing tactics.
Profil :
- Master’s degree in marketing and/or medical with 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, regulated environment.
- Working relationships with individuals inside & outside the organization with ethical integrity.
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate and advocate
- Ability to manage multiple projects across interdisciplinary functions (including outside vendors or agencies) and gain consensus/approval where needed
- Excellent organizational & communication skills, both verbal and written in English
