Digital & Attraction Marketing Manager

Are you a hands-on digital marketing professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving impactful campaigns and optimizing the customer journey? Coloplast Sweden is looking for a Digital & Attraction Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and manage digital marketing activities to support our marketing and commercial strategies, ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align global strategies with local needs while staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Implementation & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities to achieve traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage digital campaigns across channels, ensuring objectives are met and performance is optimized.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Execute and adjust local SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword optimization, technical SEO, and Google Ads management.
- Content Management: Create and maintain high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor digital performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Enhance user experiences by refining the customer journey and addressing gaps in the digital funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Activation unit at HQ, Nordic teams, and other stakeholders to align on goals and share best practices.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and platforms to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Your Profile:
We’re looking for a self-starter with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach. You thrive on working independently while collaborating effectively with teams. Analytical and detail-oriented, you’re skilled at turning insights into actionable strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing campaigns and optimizing digital channels.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Experience in UX and user funnel optimization to enhance the customer journey.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Photoshop and InDesign is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English, with Swedish proficiency suitable for creating professional content.
