岗位职责Major Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Act as a link between marketing and sales and support the execution of the national marketing plan within the region.  
    1. Give input to design of marketing strategy, promotion plan and activities and provide ongoing feedback;
    2. Support execution of marketing activities and events together with national or regional resources;
    3. Participate in national marketing meetings/trainings for regional sharing afterwards;
    4. Support in cases collection and medical project execution in the region;
  2. Provide feedback on regional market, customer & competitor situation.
  3. Understand the regional market, customer and competitor situation to design and organize regional marketing and promotion activities supplementing the national plan.
    1. Support the design of regional business & marketing plans to link national strategies with regional execution;
    2. Participate in regional activities, events and campaigns where needed;
    3. Participate in regional management meetings responsible for review of regional marketing plans;
    4. Co-visit with DM when needed and provides professional advice on wound care and treatment;
  4. To provide training to support product & clinical knowledge of the sales team either independently or in collaboration with national marketing or training team
  5. Support the RSM in building and maintaining relationships with key regional KOLs

任职资格Job Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of working experience within marketing, medical marketing or sales management;
  2. Good business acumen and understand of sales and marketing execution at a regional level;
  3. Bachelor degree within Clinical medicine, nursing or Marketing is preferred;
  4. Good organization and coordination ability;
  5. Good key account management skills;
  6. Good communication & presentation skills;
  7. Good project management skills;
  8. Adapt to frequent travelling;
  9. Work independently and have team spirit;
  10. Good at information collection and analysis;
  11. Proficient in operating MS office, especially be good at Excel and PPT;
  12. Good written English skills;
