Talent & Organisational Development Specialist

As our new Talent & OD Specialist, your mission will be to ensure that we design and maintain a leadership development portfolio which includes how to identify and develop talent at Coloplast. We need your experience and enthusiasm to strengthen our talent and succession management processes; making it easier for our leaders to develop talent.
We have entered a new strategy period, where leadership, culture and talent are key drivers of growth and transformation. To ensure we deliver on our future strategic priorities, we are changing the way we deliver talent management, making it an integral part of how we lead.
This role is part of driving that shift. You will combine design and activation, helping us embed talent practices into everyday leadership, while taking ownership of our global leadership development portfolio, ensuring it remains strong and relevant over time and that learning is anchored in the daily work of our leaders.
The Team you’re joining
You will join the Organisational Development team within People & Culture with direct report to Ida Munk Larsen, Head of Organisational Development, As a team, we focus on making leadership easier and creating simple solutions leaders actually want to use.
We work across the leadership suite, and as a team, our responsibilities include engagement, performance, learning, and talent. We design global frameworks and experiences and enable leaders and People & Culture Partners to bring them to life locally.
You will work closely with colleagues shaping our global approaches to talent, leadership, learning & development, and culture.

Over time, we expect your work to help ensure that:
- Identifying and developing talent are a natural part of how leaders lead and are clearly connected to performance and our leadership development approach
- Leaders can turn talent reviews into visible actions and development plans
- Our global talent and leadership frameworks are simple and flexible enough to work well in local contexts, and support us in building a diverse pipeline
- Expand our current leadership portfolio to include programs for business leaders. Anchor our Leadership Pipeline Suite, building follow-on learning moments for past attendees to keep their skills fresh.
Key Responsibilities
In practice, this means you will:
Make talent development part of how we lead: You will embed talent development into our leadership models and programs. Work closely with P&C Partners and colleagues to connect performance, talent, development, and engagement in one simple flow. Collaborate closely to ensure alignment with executive talent processes, which are owned and executed by our global People Leadership Team.
Turn talent identification into development and movement: Help ensure that outcomes from talent reviews lead to clear actions, concrete development plans, readiness for next roles, and real career movement.
Enable leaders and P&C partners to act: You will create, embed, and anchor practical tools and guidance that support strong talent conversations and informed decisions.
Own global leadership development programs: Take ownership of our leadership pipeline development programs and ensure they are optimized and expanded as needed over time.
What you bring
- Delivered on talent management and/or talent development in larger organisations
- Managed leadership development programs, portfolios, or initiatives
- Proven ability to design global frameworks that work in local contexts
- Can influence without formal authority and work effectively with ambiguity
- Are fluent in English, written and spoken
- Experience from large, matrixed, international organisations or consulting
