You will collaborate closely to various R&D and Innovation functions, external development partners, as well as your commercial colleagues to understand the user needs before embarking to the architectural development.

You will ensure we have understood the unmet need thoroughly, and that we consider all the relevant solution spaces before deciding on the architecture for a product or a modular platform for a range of products.

In short you will:

  • Facilitate and lead the discussion to translate needs to system requirements and architecture
  • Establish system partitioning together with other architects and specialists
  • Document systems architecture and decisions on design choices
  • Ensure sub-system architecture, developed by internal or external parties, is aligned with system-level architecture
  • Follow-up the implementation of architecture internally and with development partners, and report back to project manager

“Systems Engineering & Embedded Solutions team has now over 20 highly skilled colleagues who want to make life easier for the people with intimate healthcare needs. We are still growing and need your skills and dedication to continue our journey!” Erkki continues.
