At the HQ in Humlebæk, you will join the Marketing Deployment team within the global Marketing and Services organization. The team now includes 11 experienced colleagues equipped with a diverse set of professional competencies and cultural backgrounds. Our diversity extends through our collaboration with most functions across HQ and over 20 Coloplast subsidiaries for the Chronic Care business. 

 

Build your commercial understanding and competencies 
As a Student Assistant you will work on average 15 hours per week and support all team members within the Marketing Deployment team. You will refer directly to the Head of Frontline Enablement, who will be your ongoing sparring partner on how to prioritize and solve tasks. 

Tasks will vary, but your core responsibilities will include: 
•    Support team in our digital transformation of training 
•    Assist team in ensuring training materials are aligned with key HQ stakeholders and implemented in markets 
•    Facilitate knowledge checks across all training materials including analysis of results  
•    Support the annual commercial planning process and global governance structure

In addition, to be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills: 
•    Structured and good at coordinating
•    Fluent in English – oral and written 
•    Analytical and curious mindset
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Solid experience with Microsoft office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular)
•    Outgoing and positive mindset
