An international team of experienced colleagues
Reporting to the Director of IT Project Management & Test, you will step into our business development area of Global IT in Humlebæk, Denmark. Here, you will meet a team of experienced colleagues who handle IT project and test management to ensure that the test set-up across Coloplast allows us to keep our leading position in the med tech industry by delivering IT solutions of high quality.

Deliver superb IT test consulting and execution 
You will be responsible for delivering IT test consulting and execution according to our current project governance and IT test strategy for different systems used in projects across departments. This entails ensuring that we have relevant and established procedures as well as governance and documentation structures in place for the involved IT platforms and solutions.

Furthermore, you will ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with existing IT standards and processes as you cooperate closely with IT project managers, the business, resource managers and business project managers to identify the best way to accomplish the project in question.

Specifically, you will:
•    Be responsible for IT test strategy and execution, both refinement and end-to-end implementation – including the risk-based test approach and responsibility for the test tool, Jira
•    Take responsibility for IT tests in a selected programme, including test strategy linked to the Jira set-up and our current processes
•    Facilitate workshops regarding performance, test approach and risk-based approach 
•    Develop, monitor and support automated test and automated processes
•    Have the end-to-end test execution ownership of the IT test scope, test processes and other test initiatives aligned with the Coloplast strategy 

Strong IT test management experience
We are looking for a great colleague with a consultancy mindset who is both empathetic and pragmatic. You pay close attention to detail, and it motivates you that we ultimately ensure the quality in products used by people with intimate health care needs. Moreover, you have strong stakeholder management, communication and partnership skills as you will be interacting with several parts of the business globally, translating IT test language to your various colleagues. We also imagine that you:

•    Hold a master’s degree combined with practical experience, preferably from the medical or pharmaceutical sector
•    Have several years of proven IT program and project test management experience from a large organisation
•    Have experience with leading test programmes and projects within e.g. supply chain, R&D, marketing, distribution and sales and processes in an international context
•    Can manage complex tests with multiple vendors and significant costs
•    Have experience working with both the traditional waterfall approach, agile project management and project governance methods
•    Are fluent in English
