Join an ambitious team of specialists
You will join our Corporate Tax & Compliance team based in Denmark and with a strong team of tax and compliance controllers in Poland and around the world in our most tax complex entities. Here, you will work alongside specialists within corporate income tax, financial statements, transfer pricing and indirect taxes.  


The team is part of our Corporate Finance team, working closely with the wider organization in managing and controlling our tax affairs, supporting the business during business development initiatives including M&A activities and changes in operational structures or similar. 
Manage and improve multiple tax operations
As our new senior tax specialist your will have a key tax consulting role towards the business. 
Additionally, your tasks will include: 

  • Responsible for managing corporate income taxes, in our three Danish entities, including tax provisions and tax returns
  • Responsible for tax accounting, consolidation and controlling for group reporting
  • Responsible for tax forecasting (cash and ETR)
  • Responsible for Corporate Income Taxes in our tax governance collaboration
  • Responsible for operational tax guidelines
  • Support globally on tax compliance processes, including review of tax provisions and tax returns
  • Assist in managing an efficient tax control framework – including continued roll out and improvements
  • Assist on tax risk reporting and risk management
  • Responsible for Danish Tax audits and supervise subsidiaries during tax audits
  • Responsible/support in analyzing impact of and for implementing new tax regulation 
  • Support Coloplast’s continued tax transparency agenda
  • Support M&A activities, tax optimization and subsequent tax integration work
  • Support colleagues within the group to eve workload


You can expect approx. 10 days of travel per year in connection with supporting our colleagues in Poland or engaging with our global subsidiaries.
Considerable knowledge of tax accounting

We imagine that you have experience as e.g. a tax accountant, a tax consultant or as a financial auditor with an interest in taxes.

Moreover, you;

  • Have experience with tax accounting and corporate income tax consolidation
  • Have profound understanding of taxes in Denmark and are eager to learn the ropes of tax accounting, compliance and returns for other countries as well
  • Have good collaboration and communication skills 
  • Are curious to understand tax impact of a global organization 
  • Strive for efficiencies 
  • Are a team player
  • Have a high drive and engagement
  • Speak and write English fluently 
  • Have advanced Excel capabilities and experienced in PowerPoint
