Join Commercial Process Management

We are part of the Coloplast Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) organisation and a total of 8 colleagues responsible for the delivery of standard processes for Coloplast. You will join a relatively new team, born out of a re-organisation to put emphasis on the processes, deliveries and stakeholders in our digital transformation.

Be the subject matter expert in process management

With a wide array of stakeholders, both technical and business-minded, you will manage processes to develop and facilitate standard use of global commercial digital platforms. The aim is to deliver efficient and secure solutions, achieving cost-efficiency and scalable operations across Coloplast business units and functions.

Working with many different stakeholders will take you travelling 20 to 25 days a year. With a holistic view of process optimisation and implementation from business scope to implementation, you will:

  • Work to increase efficiency, secure high data quality & compliance, and a great customer experience across different touchpoints with the Coloplast brand
  • Participate in projects as process lead during the development phase to define process vision and identify process harmonisation and simplification
  • Gather insights and discuss business requirements and processes, handle prioritisation and work with platform product owners to design and accept the solution
  • Monitor performance and efficiency levels and facilitate follow-up delivery dialogue

Process management experience from an international setting

We are looking for a candidate who is good at prioritisation and diplomatic in the priority delivery. Because we enjoy great flexibility, you need to be good at organising your time, coordinating with stakeholders and setting your deadlines and boundaries to create structure around you.

Finally, we imagine that you:

  • Have a degree in e.g. business or IT and solid experience working with digital and/or commercial processes
  • Understand market dynamics as well as processes within the MedTech industry
  • Have experience working in an international company
  • Have the technical competency to understand IT structures, e.g. how systems interact or overlap in IT architecture
