By partnering closely with a wide variety of stakeholders across our global organization, you will develop and execute strategies to ensure we are well-positioned in our talent attraction efforts.
Reporting to our Senior Director, Talent & Organisation Development, you join a team of fellow experts who define our global approaches to Talent, Leadership, Learning, DEI, Performance & Engagement, and HR systems.
You join a strong, global people and culture community in a company where we work collaboratively across teams and borders to ensure that we create products and processes that serve our global organisation.

- Foster best-in-class Talent Attraction practices and technology to be more candidate-centric and data-driven, to integrate DEI practices, and to ensure the recruitment process is as efficient and effective as possible for all stakeholders involved.
- With a focus on optimisation and continuous improvement, act as the global owner of our recruitment process and technology platforms including our ATS (SuccessFactors)
- Lead our assessment process for Director/Sr. Director positions across the organization.
- Lead the development of recruitment and interviewing skills in hiring managers

- Manage relationships with key vendors including LinkedIn, our assessment partners, etc.
- Monitor industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to maintain a strong talent attraction practice.
Once well onboarded, you will lead a review of our current TA processes and technology to determine opportunities for alignment, simplification, transparency, and candidate experience. We expect you to work with our global P&C / TA community to scope, define, develop, and implement these improvements to our recruitment process.
You have deep expertise in Talent Attraction/Talent Acquisition with demonstrated results in project management, stakeholder management and leading global implementation plans
- You have a passion for the function and a desire to drive recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- You enjoy building relationships and leveraging a wide network – the secret to success here is influence without authority in a complex global matrix.
