As Senior Performance Manager, you will be a part of a team that supports International Markets. Here, you will combine financial analysis, business partnering and strategic advisory in one role. And you will help drive better business decisions in a company that improves the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs.
Turn financial insights into business actions
In this role, you will move beyond traditional reporting and focus on understanding what drives performance across the business. By combining analytical rigour with business partnering, you will help leaders make informed and forward-looking decisions.
You will, for example:
• Strengthen forecasting quality and analytical capabilities across markets
• Identify root causes behind business performance and recommend actions
• Challenge assumptions and support performance discussions with stakeholders
• Act as a financial consultant on cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Contribute to the development of tools and performance-oriented ways of working
Your role will take you travelling approximately 30 days per year.
Turn complexity into clear recommendations
As someone who enjoys solving business challenges, you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently. Your ability to combine financial understanding with strong stakeholder management enables you to support informed and fact-based decisions.
Additionally, we imagine that you:
• Bring experience from finance, consulting or a related field
• Hold a relevant master’s degree
• Can translate financial data into recommendations and strategic business priorities.
• Have experience supporting senior leadership with decision material
• Possess solid business partnering with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to challenge constructively and drive performance dialogue with senior stakeholders.
