Become a thought leader on our global use of E1

You will spend most of your time involved in various projects related to our M&A activity or market-based initiatives, where your experience and leadership will help us govern best practice ERP processes. Apart from that, you will have a critical role in spearheading our efforts within our continuous improvement portfolio.

ERP Finance is highly interconnected with our sales, warehousing, distribution and manufacturing efforts and everything from big projects to smaller tasks require a high level of collaboration. You will also work closely with the rest of our corporate finance organization, as well as Operations and our global service center.

You will among other things:

  • Ensure best practice regarding E1 in your projects as you contribute to workshops, identify issues and solutions, and create timelines in collaboration with the project manager
  • Assess suggestions for improvement of the E1 design and processes from your colleagues, prioritise them, create business cases and carry out the improvement projects
  • Assist your financial colleagues with their month and year-end processes, i.e. by creating reports or assisting with locating and closing incomplete transactions
  • Solve a small amount of occasional 3rd-level support cases – and recommend problem management solutions

E1 expert who is used to project-based collaboration

Because of our inquisitive approach, your first response when faced with something new is to investigate the different possibilities with an open mind. This mindset also eases your collaboration and negotiation with various stakeholders. At the same time, you know when and how to make your own position clear.

We further imagine that you:

  • Have several years of experience working with E1 in an array of companies – this could perhaps be from a consulting background or multiple E1 project deployments
  • Might have a CPA or CFA certification – if you are very experienced in E1, this can compensate for a certification
  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or something similar
  • Speak and write English fluently as we are entirely an English speaking organization
