We are looking for an experienced Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits to lead our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation, benefits, and mobility for our employees worldwide, while also providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on best practices.
Collaborate across borders and fields of expertise
You will join a team of professional and highly dedicated colleagues in the Compensation & Benefits team in Coloplast, located in Humlebæk, who interact with all parts of the organization on a daily basis.
Here, you will collaborate and communicate with the global organization as well as the senior leaders of our company to ensure that we are offering competitive and performance-driven compensation and benefits to employees at all levels and in all parts of the world. You will be a member of the Global People & Culture Leadership Team.
Internal equity and external competitiveness
The Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits works with senior management to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support our business objectives and meet legal requirements.
You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, including long and short-term incentives, health, welfare, and other benefits.
Your responsibilities are amongst others:
- Lead the Compensation & Benefits team and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, reward, mobility, and benefits strategies to ensure the adoption of best practice and alignment to Coloplast´s strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain relevant policies and ensure compliance to regulation
- Participate in and create Remuneration Committee meeting materials
- Provide expert advice to the leadership and annual remuneration processes ensuring the processes are fair and equitable, and in line with the reward strategy
- Ensure up-to-date market insights on qualitative and quantitative benchmarks
- Responsible for Site Denmark Payroll including the ongoing insourcing of payroll
- Ensure global implementation of new Pay Transparency Directive
- You will lead a team of 10 dedicated colleagues
Curious mindset with an eye for analysis
First, we are looking for someone with a solid leadership background within compensation and benefits ideally with experience from a listed company.
Because you have a curious mindset and strong communication skills, you find it satisfying and motivating to work across several geographies and value the input that working with multiple nationalities and geographies provide. We also imagine that you have:
- Extensive knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices and trends.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience from acting as an inspirational strategic advisor within compensation and benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and in an inclusive manner with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Program Management experience and enjoy interacting with multiple stakeholders across the organization
