As the Senior Digital Process Manager for the Emerging Markets region, you will serve as the key person and liaison between the Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) organization and our Emerging Market countries. Understanding the needs and challenges of digitalization within each market is crucial, and you'll be the ears, eyes, and legs on the ground to ensure operational success.


Your role involves delving into processes across Commercial and Business Support platforms within Emerging Markets, seeking opportunities for optimization, standardization and scalability. You will analyse and identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement achievable through digitalization and process optimization. 


Working closely and aligned with the DDIT organization you will be key in maturing the digital setup within Emerging Markets. You will know about the global standard processes and support the local countries in implementing better ways of working and assisting in preparing and prioritizing digital project submissions to DDIT. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes through digitalization and process optimization
  • Establish standardized processes and procedures across the region to ensure scalability and cost efficiency
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with existing processes to ensure compliance, data security, and operational resilience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and prepare business cases for prioritization within DDIT (Emerging Market Business Owner for BRM intake process).
  • Liaise with senior leadership and DDIT stakeholders to prioritize digital requests from local markets.
  • Document local process workflows and guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements, leveraging global standards where possible.

 

 

To be a success in the role, we imagine that you have: 

  • A degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven track record with process mapping, analysis, and optimization techniques, as well as process automation and technology integration.
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and driving organizational change through process improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and software applications used for process mapping, analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Total Quality Management (TQM) can be beneficial.
