Senior Development Manager – Centre of Excellence Global Operation Finance

Global Operations Finance is responsible for the financial management of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Quality, Procurement and Facility. Global Operations Finance works closely together with the Global Operations leadership team and plays a key role in setting the performance agenda for Global Operations and ensuring a satisfactory financial performance.
You will join an ambitious, passionate, and high-performing team focused on delivering high-quality financial processes, accurate forecasts, and actionable performance insights. The team is based across Humlebæk, our Business Support Center in Poland, and finance teams at manufacturing sites globally. The position includes some travel to manufacturing locations.
Drive transformation and enable value creation
As part of our ambitious journey to strengthen Global Operations Finance, we are looking for a profile who can drive process standardization, digitalization, and analytics capabilities across the organization. A key part of this will be to lead and facilitate structured process mapping and redesign initiatives, ensuring clear end-to-end process understanding, identification of improvement opportunities, and anchoring of scalable, efficient ways of working
You will play a key role in bringing this ambition to life by working closely with colleagues across the newly established Centre of Excellence (CoE) and leading a portfolio of development projects.
Initiatives will include process standardization, ownership of development roadmap, gathering business requirements, adoption planning as well as and continuous development of our performance management capabilities.
You will work cross-geographically/functionally with our teams at manufacturing sites and two GO Finance teams located in Denmark and Poland.
More specifically, you will:
• Drive development initiatives within Global Operations Finance (with focus on Manufacturing)
• Lead and independently execute selected improvement projects
• Facilitate cross-functional process mapping workshops to document current (“as-is”) processes and design future (“to-be”) optimized processes
• Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives based on identified gaps, inefficiencies, and best practices
• Build and manage a strong cross-functional stakeholder network
• Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, and Global Operations
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Plan and drive adoption and change across diverse stakeholder groups and ensure realization
• Strengthen data foundations to support value creation
• Support global FP&A reporting processes
Are you experienced in change management and business development?
Joining a global business function, it is vital that you are comfortable working on large projects in complex setups and able to simplify structures. Your communication and stakeholder management skills are also of the utmost importance.
With digitalisation comes change management, and we need to ensure that new processes are adopted by our organisation to ensure we get the full value. As such, you will also need to have great people skills, enabling you to build sound relationships and create buy-in and followship across teams and borders.
Lastly, you:
• You hold min. 5 years of working experience from a finance position, where you have built a solid understanding of operational finance preferably from a global manufacturing company.
• You have experience participating or leading global projects and enjoy planning and organizing people around given target.
• You have a proven knowledge of process mapping and continues improvement mindset
• You have a strong analytical mindset, and ability to use this to structure, prioritize and plan complex problems or processes, so they become simple.
• You have numerical skills and both interest and knowledge in the use of Excel as well as ability to work with BI (preferably Power BI).
• You are business oriented and focus on reaching great results together with your informal team and your colleagues. (IT Teams, Global Operations Functions, Global Manufacturing Sites finance
• You speak, write and read English flawlessly.
