About the Role

We are looking for a competent, commercially minded finance professional to join the International Markets Finance & Business Support team as Senior Business Performance Manager. In this role, you will drive transparency, insight and execution across our markets, ensuring a robust performance dialogue and high‑quality planning processes. You will play a key role in linking business performance, forecasting, and strategic priorities across the region

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional performance dialogue, ensuring clarity on key drivers and trends.
  • Drive Annual Business Planning (ABP) and rolling forecast processes.
  • Analyze price–volume–mix (PVM) performance and identify growth and profitability drivers.
  • Provide insight into product, channel, and market performance.
  • Strengthen forecasting quality and analytical rigor across markets.
  • Partner with regional and local teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to building analytical capabilities, tools, and ways of working.

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Several years of experience working in finance, pricing or similar
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to communicate insights clearly.
  • Cross‑cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Business partnering mindset and ability to collaborate across markets.
  • Fluency in English.
