We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Performance Manager to join the Performance Management team, a dedicated and ambitious team of 8 people. In this role, you will be a Finance Business Partner to the Chronic Care Commercial organisation where a key aspect will be to follow up on the new strategy “Impact4” initiatives and to focus on driving sustainable growth.
Navigating in the field between finance and the commercial organization you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Chronic Care Commercial HQ and sales regions to provide financial insights and support performance and commercial effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives in Performance Management, ensuring alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.
- Follow up on the “Impact4” strategy initiatives to track progress, analyse outcomes, and implement changes to maximize growth opportunities.
- Lead investment framework, risk assessments and other financial related aspects
- Utilise a challenger mindset to question assumptions, identify opportunities, and inspire a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyse commercial finance data and present forward looking financial analyses, insights, and recommendations to the EVP for Chronic Care Commercial and relevant stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and promote a shared understanding of financial goals.

Professionally, we prefer that you
- Have +4 years of professional experience
- Have a master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into insights
- Are a self-starter who is solution-oriented, curious, and passion for driving impact
- Have professional and proactive communication skills
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage various stakeholders
- Speak and write English fluently
