At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be joining our Global Innovation unit, as part of our Branding & Design team. Here you will work alongside 12 dedicated, gifted, talented and extraordinary souls – ranging from project managers, design managers, our digital design manager and graphic designers to our DTP specialists, who are based in Poland.

 

Moreover, you can look forward to working closely with colleagues in Marketing but also within Corporate Communications, Ip, Investor Relations, Procurement and many others.

Help set the direction for our brand experience
As senior brand manager, you will be central to setting the direction for our brand experience. In this endeavor to take our organisation to the next level, you will be consulting both external and internal creators. 

 

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Act as a leading advocate for a strong brand experience
  • Support marketing throughout pitching, project start-up and campaign roll-out 
  • Collaborate closely with head of brand to strengthen and evolve the brand platform
  • Act as sounding board and provide guidance in all things branding and drive the agenda proactively
  • Project manage brand campaigns and brand initiatives such as brand tracking
  • Create guidelines for change and alignment 
  • Inspire and guide different business profiles and functions to create excitement and buy-in as well as broaden the understanding of brand experience

Are you the experienced brand manager we are looking for?

The basics - we are looking for a brand manager with: 

  • At least 5 years of experience with brand management
  • Strong project management skills 
  • A solid commercial understanding and experience in managing stakeholders
  • A knack for navigating Microsoft Office tools
  • A solid grasp of the English language, mastering both speech and writing 
  • The ability to travel up to 20 days annually (Post Covid-19)

  • You have a deep understanding for the dynamics of branding in a global organisation
  • You have knowledge and experience within brand tracking and analysis and know how to activate insight and findings
  • You are a convincing communicator – mastering the art of writing compelling texts and creating convincing presentation 
  • You know how to create followers while remaining firm on what is on-brand and what is the right strategic track
