Salesforce Technical Solution Owner

Would you like to be part of the largest programme installation in Europe – and challenge yourself on your Salesforce knowledge among experienced colleagues?

Join Coloplast and our global Salesforce programme where you will be responsible for your own technical deliverables as you build and scope the solution across the platform.

“If you’re a seasoned Salesforce professional, this is a great opportunity to influence the solution we’re building and to challenge the business on how we create the best solution from an IT perspective,” says Head of Salesforce Program Management & Execution Birgitte Timm.

Join our large Global Salesforce Programme
You will meet more than 50 great colleagues split between IT, Commercial Business, country responsible colleagues and external consultants. We are currently live in 29 countries and are now building solutions for our direct business – while still delivering additional value to our live countries.

You will be part of a team of 7 experienced Salesforce specialists in Programme Management & Execution. And as we continue to expand the number of countries we are working with, you can expect to join a large, buzzing and dynamic programme office and grow your knowledge among like-minded colleagues.

“We have a great team where we’re really good at supporting each other. We all have to be proactive and take responsibility to make thing run smoothly, so you can expect to hit the ground running,” says Birgitte.

Secure best practices and amazing technology
You will be focusing on securing best practices and technology to deliver business value through Salesforce, allowing the solutions to take an end-to-end approach and meet customer requirements. This also includes the necessary designs, documentation, automated testing and deployment. Thus, you will be responsible for scoping the solution across the platform and taking ownership of the solution and technical deliverables.

Moreover, you will act as an important sounding board to the business and vendor developers and take on technical decisions regarding the solution. This also secures – in close cooperation with developers – that code quality is in line with our governance and guidelines within Salesforce.

You can expect to interact with architects, developers and the business to understand requirements and dependencies when designing and building the end-to-end solution as you:

  • Translate business requirements into best practice Salesforce solutions, taking an end-to-end business processes and delivery approach
  • Explore the impact and possibilities of advanced technology e.g. automated processes
  • Own the technical solution and sign off on the solution
  • Create design assumptions based on a user story’s acceptance criteria
  • Drive the user stories through the development phase in coordination with the business product owner

Do you have experience from a large Salesforce programme?
Your challenge will be to settle into a large, complex programme. We are really looking for someone with a substantial Salesforce toolbox who knows what it means to work in an agile set-up and have the professional dialogue about the solution. Also, you must have the confidence to speak up, share your solution and stand your ground while remaining aligned with the team and towards the business. We imagine that you:

  • Have Salesforce experience, preferably 3+ years from a similar role which has given you the technical experience to lead your own technical deliverables
  • Have a degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
  • Possess excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Are fluent in English
