Are you interested in joining one of the world's most successful MedTech organisations? Would you like to work with impactful changes to how we work in Coloplast R&D? Then do not hesitate to contact us regarding our open positions within project management of improvement projects

Join a dedicated, strategic team in Coloplast R&D
At Coloplast R&D, we strategically focus on improving the way we work. Our dedicated team operates under a well-defined improvement project model, overseen by the R&D top leadership group. As we raise our ambitions, we seek new colleagues to lead improvement projects across R&D. These projects span diverse areas, including systems architecture, ideation management (NOSCO), AI utilization, and process development.

While R&D initiates these improvement projects, their impact often extends cross-functionally, involving workgroups and stakeholders throughout Coloplast. Typical improvement projects have a duration of 1-2 years. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing projects until handover to process owners, relevant line organizations, or other operational teams. Join our R&D Strategy Deployment department, where we drive improvements, refine development processes, engage in scouting activities, and foster ideation.

We need an experienced change agent with project management savviness
Improvement projects typically close the gap of what is and what could be, so you must be a good collaborator and communicator to succeed in the role as our project manager of improvement projects.

Director of R&D Strategy Deployment at Coloplast, Rikke Decara, elaborates:

“Promoting a forward-looking vision that embraces novel ways of working, and fresh approaches to familiar challenges demands a willingness to guide R&D through unlearning, rethinking, and relearning. As we strive to reach our desired destination, meticulous planning is essential. However, be prepared for an occasionally rocky journey during execution, encountering unforeseen resistance and obstacles.

Daily, you must exemplify resilience and agility. These qualities will serve you well in your role as our project manager for improvement projects. Cultivate a mindset of persistence, active listening, adaptability, and empathy—stepping into the shoes of others to drive meaningful change."
