Payroll Consultant

Location:

Humlebæk, DK

Job Family:  Human Resources
Country/Region:  Denmark

Would you like to be part of developing and implementing new payroll processes?

Payroll administration has been outsourced for many years at Coloplast, but has been taken in-house as of October 1, 2023. With this comes the opportunity for you to be part of shaping how payroll will look in the future together with the payroll team.

Join the team that handles salary for over 1,400 colleagues
At our headquarter in Humlebæk, you will become a part of our HQ Payroll & Benefits team. The team consists of colleagues dedicated to a wide range of responsibilities within salary and benefits.

At Coloplast, we have all sorts of employments such as permanent and temporary contracts, including colleagues from abroad. All of this adds an interesting twist to the work that we do – and yours too.

Bring payroll administration to the team
Together with the payroll team, you will focus on the payroll administration, such as the monthly processes, ad-hoc requests and annual processes.

You will also focus on ensuring optimal and efficient processes in addition to support smaller projects to further develop the payroll function.

More concretely, you will:

  • Ensure we have an updated and efficient payroll administration
  • Ensure timely and correct payroll
  • Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation task handling
  • Communicate with our employees and managers on payroll inquiries
  • Collaborate with our Global HR Support team (based in Poland)
  • Ensure that relevant information, such as articles and forms, is available online
  • Ensure payroll handling is in line with local legal regulatory changes

Payroll Consultant with a heart for teamwork
You are comfortable with working independently and collaborating with others. In fact, you like the idea of involving your team members, just as you are ready to give a helping hand if your colleagues need it. You also have a certain drive and ambition when it comes to further developing and optimising a payroll setup.

Furthermore, you have:

  • 3+ years of experience with payroll, time registration, collective agreements, bookkeeping, reconciliation and Danish tax legislation
  • Experience with payroll for employees from abroad and knowledge of §48e, §53a and tax-split calculations
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English – both written and spoken
  • Preferred knowledge about in-house payroll
  • Solid knowledge of various payroll and time registration systems – it is a great advantage if you have knowledge of LessorLøn (previously Lessor5), Lessor-SP Tid and SuccessFactors Employee Central
