Make a difference globally
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our highly ambitious Ostomy Care Marketing team, which is responsible for setting the global direction for Ostomy Care and bringing the strategy to life across the world. You will be developing marketing strategies, creating global marketing campaigns and initiatives on the existing portfolio while ensuring successful launches of our new innovations. Acting at a global level, you will have a high level of interaction both with our local subsidiaries, across the headquarter teams as well as with external marketing agencies. You will furthermore be part of the broader Global Marketing team which also includes other business areas.

You will be in charge of your own brand portfolio that stands for a substantial part of our Ostomy Care business. You will get a lot of responsibility and autonomy to grow your brands. At the same time, you will find that we are always ready to support each-other and share best practices and general knowledge. At the latest people survey, the team rated the management support 9,5 out of 10, and the peer relationships 10 out of 10!
Lead successful branding initiatives
As a marketing manager, you will be setting the direction and supporting the growth of our Ostomy Care portfolio. You will drive marketing strategies and successful marketing initiatives for brands currently on the market as well as ensuring successful launches going forward. This includes brand strategy, marketing positioning, brand communication, competitor analysis, on- and off-line campaign development, forecasting, budgeting, launch tracking etc.
More specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for the marketing strategies of your brands
- Develop and lead global marketing campaigns and growth initiatives and ensure commercial impact
- Prepare countries for new product launches and secure launch readiness
- Ensure best-practice-sharing and strong collaboration with subsidiaries and agencies as well as between departments in our headquarters
- Track campaign and launch effectiveness and secure continuous improvement of activities
- Act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries with a dedicated country liaison role with key countries
Experienced and driven marketing professional
With your excellent communication skills, you know how to build fruitful relationships across borders and nationalities with stakeholders ranging from colleagues and agencies to consumers and health care professionals. Thus, mastering the art of multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, you know how to navigate in a global setting.
Also, as you will be managing a wide variety of processes and projects concurrently, it is vital that you have a pragmatic, positive and creative mindset and both a strategic and operational focus. Likewise, you will need to bring into play your solid business acumen, allowing you to identify and act upon growth potential.
Furthermore, you bring:
- A master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or similar
- Solid experience within marketing, communication and brand management, preferably within the medical industry or FMCG or from an advertising agency
- A strong digital mindset combined with a well-stocked on- and offline marketing toolbox
- Experience with managing budgets and working with forecasts and sales analyses
- The flexibility to travel to subsidiaries and customers approx. 15-20 days annually
- Fluency in English – Danish skills not required. The OC Marketing Team currently holds 4 nationalities
