Then we offer a unique chance as Marketing Content Writer in Consumer Programs. In Coloplast, we support end-users with support programs, product sampling and through order and delivery services. The Consumer Program Team designs, develops and implements these programs from a global level, in close collaboration with markets at a local/ regional level. Together we support our consumer teams and direct distribution entities around the world in realizing our ambitions. 

Consumer Programs is located in our Growth organization (Sales), and the role of this Marketing Content Writer is to collaborate closely with the team members to develop engaging, relevant content for our programs across various media (Website, E-mails, Brochures, Apps, and more). The team consists of 5 dedicated colleagues that individually own support programs within specific business areas. Your responsibility will be to develop content across business areas and channels in close dialogue with the team.

Can you translate user insights and clinical knowledge to compelling content?

In collaboration with the team, you will be expected to listen to market and user needs, consolidate the learnings and respond accordingly. When we engage with consumers, we need content that supports, inspires, educates and motivates them to live an easier life. Equally, Coloplast connects with health care professionals across the world to understand the needs of our users to support them in improving health outcomes. We collaborate closely with our colleagues across Marketing/Pipeline and Evidence & Adoption to consolidate all insights to meaningful content that we can activate in e-mails, brochures, web-content, app content, and much more. 


Your responsibilities comprise: 


  • Engaging with colleagues in HQ and markets to identify content that is needed
  • Developing content in multiple formats across channels
  • Driving the approval process of content with Medical Marketing and Regulatory Affairs
  • Ensuring that the brand portal is continuously up to date with the latest assets
  • Collaborating with agencies when needed
  • Acting as the content expert within the team – sharing knowledge and learning across programs 

Creative with an eye for detail and project management 

First and foremost, you are an experienced creative driven by developing engaging content. You find our purpose meaningful, and enjoy transforming clinical knowledge into useful messaging for our users. Within this role, you are expected to be collaborative and supportive to the team – priorities and requests change on an ongoing basis, and you need to be able to adapt and support accordingly. In addition, your success will be dependent on your ability to be proactive and thorough in your work. We rely on your eye for detail and ability to update stakeholders on progress. 


We imagine that you have: 



  • Proven experience within content creation (either agency or in a communications/ marketing department)
  • Experience in developing content across formats
  • Master/BSc degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent 
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is not a pre-requisite.
  • A team player mentality with good facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong eye for details and collaborate well with HQ colleagues, markets and agencies
