Join a team of peers
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you become part of our Global Supply Value Stream (SVS) Project Management team, which is a part of Standardization Digitalization & Project Management organization. The international team consists of approx. 30 Project Managers, 15 of which are based at our HQ in Denmark. 
 
We are each assigned to our own projects, but at the same time, we retain a supportive team spirit where we share knowledge and ideas. 
When you join us, we will provide you a buddy that will guide you in understanding Coloplast and its products, the project types and the stakeholder landscape. 
 
Handle improvement projects affecting our legacy business 
As SVS Project Manager, your overall mission will be to maintain and optimise our legacy products. Moreover, you will need to prevent disruption of product supply to our users while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements for medical devices worldwide. 
 
Thus, your tasks will be to:

• Lead medium to large cross-functional project teams
• Qualifying and run projects that have inter-dependencies, ambiguity, unpredictability, and high risk and/ or impact 
• Develop and communicate a clear project vision aligned with organizational goals.
• Motivate teams, stakeholders, and executives toward successful project outcomes.
• Manage projects modifying existing processes and products involving product owners, quality, regulatory and supply chain specialists, production site colleagues, etc. 

As the projects are global in nature, you should anticipate approximately 20 travel days per year.

You are open-minded and agile in your management and leadership style, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Likewise, it is essential that you have strong communication and decision-making skills so that you can set a clear direction for the projects.
Ideally, you also share our belief that the road to outstanding results is much shorter when you have fun on the way.

Also, we imagine that you:

• Hold a bachelor/ master’s degree in science, business or similar
• Have at least 5 years of project management experience from the medical device industry or a similarly regulated industry.
• Have demonstrated building followship through clear goals, roles & responsibilities, project planning and excellent communication and can develop and maintain sound relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across functions 
• Speak and write English effortlessly
