Whether you are a newly graduated professional or have some years of experience working with project and stakeholder management, you will handle improvement projects affecting our legacy business. Doing so, you will ultimately make a difference for people with intimate health care needs.
 
Join a team of supply value stream peers

At our HQ in Humlebæk, you become part of our Global Supply Value Stream (SVS) Project Management team, which is a part of the Standardization Digitalization & Project Management organization. The international team consists of approx. 30 Project Managers, 15 of which are based at our HQ in Denmark. 
 
We are each assigned to our own projects, but at the same time, we retain a supportive team spirit where we share knowledge and ideas. You will be provided with a buddy who will guide you in understanding Coloplast, our products, and our stakeholder landscape. 
 
Handle improvement projects affecting our legacy business 
As SVS Project Manager, your overall mission will be to maintain and optimise our legacy products. Moreover, you will need to prevent disruption of product supply to our users while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements for medical devices worldwide. 
 
Therefore, your tasks will be to:

• Lead cross-functional project teams
• Ensure smooth communication and motivation among project participants and SteerCo
• Make sure all participants deliver on the various success criteria for each project

 
As the projects are global in nature, you should anticipate approximately 20 travel days per year, primarily to our site in Hungary, Europe.

You have a strong willingness to learn and grow in your role and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. At the same time, it is essential that you have great communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills, thus creating an environment for the project team to deliver successfully within. Ideally, you also share our belief that the road to outstanding results is much shorter when you have fun along the way.
 
Also, we imagine that you:

• Hold a master’s degree in science, business or another related field
• Have a basic understanding of the project management principle or might have a few years of project management experience from the medical device industry or a similarly regulated industry – but most importantly, you are motivated by making progress and seeing results
• Can develop and maintain sound relationships with stakeholders across functions 
• Speak and write English effortlessly
