Join Global Marketing Advanced Wound Dressings
You will join the Advanced Wound Care Marketing & Services team. We are a truly international team of enthusiastic people who work passionately towards achieving a shorter and simpler way to wound healing and prevention – all within a fun, busy and challenging work environment.

As part of the Global Marketing organisation, you will support the team responsible for all Advanced Wound Dressings communication across channels and global launches of products and services. Your tasks will vary a lot, working both with administrative tasks as well as supporting larger projects.


 
Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting global campaigns and product launches incl. social media content
  • Completing review processes, securing appropriate approvals of promotional materials
  • Maintaining our photo libraries and global campaign sites 
  • Support local translation of our e-learning program
  • Coordinating meetings, booking and purchases for the team
  • Practical support for internal and external events (including support at an international congress)
  • Support markets in roll-outs of digital service solutions
  • Stakeholder management and communications with marketing agencies 
  • Website content and layout review
     


Structured, detail-oriented and quality aspiring
As you will be responsible for a range of practical daily operations, we expect that you are structured, detail-oriented and we expect you to pride yourself on delivering high quality results every time. 
 


Your qualifications:

  •  Are graduating from high school and plan to take a gap year before continuing your education.
  •  Have shown good academic results and enjoyed taking the initiative throughout your education.
  •  Can communicate fluently in English – both in speech and writing (our corporate language). Danish proficiency is not a requirement.
  •  Are familiar with Microsoft Office and a quick learner when it comes to IT.
  •  Are thorough, have good time management skills and handle every task whether big or small with enthusiasm.
  •  Are proactive, flexible and enjoy a good laugh and working in a dynamic environment. 

 

We expect you to work full time and start during July/August depending on your exams. The position is at Coloplast’s Headquarters in Humlebæk.
