At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our highly ambitious Ostomy Care Pipeline & Portfolio team, which is responsible for our Ostomy Care portfolio globally as well as driving future innovations.

Student Assistant position
You will be supporting your colleagues in the Ostomy Care Pipeline & Portfolio team with various assignments, while having your own areas of responsibility. You will find that we are always ready to support each-other and share best practices and general knowledge. 


More specifically, you will:

  • Support Innovation projects with research and coordination
  • Maintain our intranet team sites, photo libraries, and product storage
  • Be the contact to our sales subsidiaries worldwide and to external partners
  • Coordinate meetings, bookings, purchases, and events for the teams
  • Take care of shipments & samples to subsidiaries and other partners
  • Update our product portfolio documentation

 

You can act independently but also love to collaborate with people!
You are Independent, responsible, organized, and collaborative team player. You are thorough and understand the importance of working to a high-quality standard.  You have a positive can-do attitude and feel comfortable interacting with many different colleagues across borders and nationalities. 

 

To be successful in this role you should have the following qualifications:

  • You have graduated high school
  • Familiar with Microsoft office
  • Fluency in English – Danish skills are not required
