Student Assistant for the Sales Training & Execution team

Would you like to get first-hand experience with working in a global organisation? And get to connect with global sales, marketing, and digital functions?

Working in this global setting where I communicate with other Coloplast countries on an almost daily basis has been a great learning experience for me. Also, I have been given lots of responsibility, have had the chance to contribute with new ideas, and I have been working with great colleagues, always ready to share their knowledge,”– says Mette-Louise, our current Student Assistant.

Join a team with a global perspective
You will be part of the Sales Training & Execution team, which is one of 5 teams in our Consumer & Digital Channels (CDC) department and consisting of 11 colleagues with various backgrounds and nationalities.

We are responsible for sales training and execution including driving and tracking performance of our sales and marketing activities towards our Health Care Professional customers.

The position is based at Coloplast’s headquarters in Humlebæk. The average working hours will be approximately 20 hours a week. You can plan your working days according to your schedule and you will be given the flexibility you need around exam periods.

This is what you will be doing
This is a role that will allow you to work on commercial priorities and at the same time expose you to a wide array of stakeholders from all levels of our organisation, globally.

I really appreciate that even though this is a student assistant role, it’s really dynamic and I often experience a week turning out completely different from what I first planned”, Mette Louise explains.

You will be involved in both practical routine assignments as well as tasks that will give you experience and knowledge within e.g., change management, communication, reporting and project management.

Some of the tasks you will be assisting your colleagues with, will be:

  • Following-up and reporting on relevant KPI’s
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Owning, designing and maintaining our SharePoint sites
  • Assisting with our global sales performance award program
  • Co-arranging global events
  • Conducting ad-hoc tasks/analysis/testing of our Clinical e-learnings and other systems
  • Supporting across other CDC teams when needed

We expect that you will get to co-shape the position with us and gradually increase your responsibilities as you evolve.

This is what we are looking for
First of all, you are comfortable taking responsibility for your own tasks. You adapt easily when priorities and deadlines change – as they often do within this area. Also, you can structure your work to meet deadlines.

In addition to that you:

  • Are finalising your bachelor’s degree or are in the first year of your master’s within a relevant field
  • Have extensive knowledge of PowerPoint. And some Excel skills is an advantage
  • Have excellent English skills. Danish is not necessary
