Integration Architect 

Integration Architect to build the foundation for Digital Growth

Working on integration strategies. Being a track lead. Defining patterns and processes. Collaborating across the organisation in designing and implementing new integrations for critical projects. Welcome to our integration team
In our integration team, you will join 6 very skilled colleagues with 4 different nationalities working to put Coloplast at the forefront of integration standards. It is a great and well-functioning team where one of our most important strengths is that you can run with your ideas and see them through.


Have a part in shaping the global integration landscape
The integration landscape is changing as Coloplast has just implemented a new integration platform and API management, and are now working to utilize the new capabilities to the fullest extent. We are merging into new hybrid landscapes which will greatly increase the possibilities but also the complexity and security requirements to integrations.


As part of the integration team and especially as an architect, you will have a major impact on how patterns, processes, automation and governance will be defined in relation to integrations.

We in the integration team will welcome your experiences and views so that we can find the best possible integration landscape for Coloplast.

The integration team is responsible for defining and driving the global integration strategy for Coloplast. And as an integration architect You will have a central role in this work, which includes:

  • Identify and design best practices on many different levels within design, implementations and devops, to promote scalability, efficiency and security.
  • Identify and drive the implementation of new technology.
  • Participate in high level work across projects to identify and promote reusable integrations


Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions
As an integration architect and track lead, you will be a part of the projects from idea to reality. Here, you will have the responsibility for the integration architecture and design of new integrations. Specifically, you will:

  • Have an overall responsibility for ensuring that integrations are done according to the overall integration strategy.
  • Be responsible for driving the integrations from idea to design, implementation, test, documentation and production deployment
  • Collaborate with the team, business and system specialists and other colleagues from different functions to initiate concepts and ideas that may lead to efficient end-to-end integration solutions
  • Analyse business and technical requirements in order to produce an integration architecture solution
  • Ensure that best practices are followed so that security is up to industry standards and that solutions comply with regulations
  • Coordinate implementations with developers and external partners

Proactive integration architect
You have great communication skills, and you enjoy collaborating with different levels in the organisation. In that context, you thrive as you get to lead and drive the integrations in many different projects and use your technical insights. More specifically, you:

•    Have 5+ years of experience with analysis, development, implementation and management of APIs and integration solutions, preferably at an international level 
•    Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or similar 
•    Have experience as an IT architect
•    Have worked with web-based services and perhaps with integrations to and from cloud-based systems 
•    Have experience with integration platforms. 
•    Speak and write fluent English
