It is a great time to join the Injection Moulding department, as we are currently implementing several exciting initiatives to create a more effective and reliable value chain. That is why we are looking for a strong Injection moulding planning manager who will play a vital role in securing the necessary supplier capacity to obtain superior delivery performance towards our customers and work with process improvement across.


About the department 
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will be joining our Injection Moulding Planning team, which is part of the Global Engineering Injection moulding department consisting of 22 colleagues. Here you will join 4 dedicated colleagues who have a deep understanding of the global capacity situation at our key Injection moulding suppliers and are able to identify needed investments to balance supply & demand.

Due to the high impact and importance in the decision process in this job, you will be broadly exposed to a large part of the organization. This will give you a unique possibility to further develop and be a vital part in important decisions impacting our general delivery performance.


The job
Your primary mission is to facilitate and drive the investment process to further improve the balance between demand and supplier capacity. This includes:

  • Ensure balanced supply & demand outlook and drive internal & external decision process for securing needed capacity for both mature and new production.
  • Implement new suppliers on defined capacity management processes and continuously execute these processes on already implemented suppliers.
  • Engage in various projects where you drive supplier capacity transparency and ensure timely investments.
  • Identify and mitigate supplier capacity risks that impact delivery performance, launches and transfers
  • Identify, address and drive actions required to improve and/or sustain supplier delivery performance


Geographically, you will be based in Humlebæk (Denmark), but can expect some travel activities. 



  • You hold a degree focusing on production, supply chain management or similar
  • You have 3+ years of experience within supply chain, production, procurement, or similar processes 
  • You are analytical and curious to understand our business from an end-to-end perspective
  • You thrive in an environment with a high degree of autonomy
