We engage and train key customers on a global scale
As part of the Marketing & Services department, the Coloplast Professional team provides global off- and online service and educational offerings, targeting specialised nurses and other HCPs around the world. Offerings include e-learning, articles, assessment tools and more. In addition to equipping HCPs to provide the best possible care, these efforts also support in creating awareness of our clinical agenda to pave the way for new innovations. 


Take our service offerings to the next level
Joining us at the Coloplast HQ in Humlebaek, Denmark, you will manage a skilled team of 9 employees responsible for creating the service educational strategy and plan for  our chronic care business areas; creating the best new sercive offerings as well as improving existing ones; i.e. training events, congresses and seminars in the industry; and building a world-leading digital education platform, e.g. ColoplastProfessional.com.


The purpose of this role is to set and execute on the strategic direction for our educational offerings and ensure that our content, events and platforms align with core business strategies. Doing so, your main tasks will be to:

  • Coach, guide, develop and motivate your team
  • Set and implement an new and improved direction for Coloplast Professional 
  • Collaborate with the marketing brand teams to translate business objectives into service offerings 
  • Ensure that the projects your team runs are scoped, aligned and delivered on time and within budget forecast
  • Engage with local marketing and medical marketing teams at our subsidiaries to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation across markets
  • Engage with the Growth (sales) organisation to ensure that all engagement with HCPs support the sales strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery teams in Data, Digital & IT to ensure development of our digital educational offerings


You can expect up to 20 travel days a year to visit key subsidiaries and attend educational events and congresses, primarily in Europe and the US.


You can align marketing efforts with business strategy 
You do not need significant experience in education – your team got you covered here. Instead, you understand how marketing and service design can intelligently support a business strategy when done right. Thus, we imagine that you:

  • Bring a background in marketing and/or sales within health care or a similarly regulated industry – experience from the medical device industry would be a plus
  • Have worked strategically with marketing or service activities to meet specific business objectives
  • Have good experience in  how to motivate and lead people
  • Have solid experience in stakeholder management on all levels of the organisation
  • Can communicate effortlessly in English in both speech and writing
