Head of Audit, Investigation, and Third-Party Compliance

Location:

Humlebæk, DK

Job Family:  Legal
Country/Region:  Denmark

Would you like an essential role in creating an even stronger and healthier Coloplast organisation – to the benefit of both your new colleagues and people all over the world with intimate health care needs?

Head up a talented team with great development potential and ensure we keep momentum on our speak-up ethics while influencing how we will work with third-party compliance in the future.

“There’s plenty of room for you to come in and inspire, ask questions and challenge the way we do things. Curiosity and innovation always make us better,” says Group Chief Compliance Officer Martin Lønstrup.

Gain colleagues from around the world
You will become part of Group Business Ethics & Data Privacy Compliance, which is responsible for business ethics, compliance, and data privacy across Coloplast. The team is divided into 4 regions: Asia, North America, Emerging Markets, and Europe – each responsible for providing guidance on compliance regionally and locally.

The overall team, which is spread across various locations, is comprised of 21 compliance professionals. You will head up the Audit, Investigation, and Third-Party Compliance team of 3 colleagues based in the US and Poland.

“We have a very diverse team with multiple cultures and backgrounds represented, which provides an innovative, agile and exciting work environment,” Martin elaborates.

Direct and develop the Audit, Investigation and Third-Party Compliance function and team
As the new head of the team, your role will involve both operational and development tasks. While focusing on the development of your team, you will also take over the process of redesigning the way we work with third-party compliance.

  • Our speak-up investigation is running smoothly, so here, your work will be more operational. Specifically, you will:
  • Develop Coloplast’s global Health care Professional transparency reporting framework
  • Develop and handle Coloplast’s global sanctions programme

  • Handle the oversight of business ethics compliance investigations and be responsible for developing and implementing Coloplast’s global investigations programme, policies and procedures and performing investigation
  • Develop Group-wide business ethics compliance risk assessment tools and processes

Solid experience in business ethics and a healthy dose of curiosity
This is a networking and people-oriented role, so you need to be curious and not afraid to reach out and ask questions. At the same time, you know that investigation cases may require delicacy and empathy.

You also enjoy looking beyond your own area of expertise and care about how collaboration can further our overall purpose of making a difference.

Finally, you:

  • Hold an MSc in finance, business administration, accounting, auditing or similar
  • Have several years of experience in business ethics, health care compliance, transparency reporting, export controls, auditing, operational audits, investigation and forensic accounting in a corporate environment or an accountant firm

  • Possess solid analytical and communication skills allowing you to formulate strategies and concepts for auditing within business ethics compliance and investigation
