In this strategic role, you’ll ensure operational excellence and process consistency across regions, leading initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, reduce risks, and drive efficiency - all while making an impact on the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs.
In this enterprise role, you will play a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction for the market feedback of our medical device products (complaints) globally. This involves defining, standardizing, and optimizing complaint management practices to promote consistency and increase competencies across Coloplast’s global operations. You will work with stakeholders at every level - to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, and Coloplast’s overall business goals.
Your ability to work with details while also setting strategic direction will be key. You’ll be responsible for understanding the global and local environment in which the complaint process is embedded. Your expertise in stakeholder management and your ability to communicate effectively across many layers of the organization will be critical. You will also help maintain a clear picture of the practical functionality of the process, ensuring that the link between compliance and the daily use of the process is effectively established and maintained.
To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver on the following:
- Process consistency: Playing a crucial role in standardizing processes globally, promoting consistency and minimizing variations across regions.
- Operational efficiency: Optimizing end-to-end processes, you contribute to operational efficiency and enhancing overall process performance.
- Risk management: Addressing process-related risks by implementing robust controls and compliance measures across all functional areas.
- Innovation: Encouraging new thinking by adopting new technologies and methodologies to stay competitive.
- Cross-cultural dynamics: Navigating diverse cultural nuances and communication styles when collaborating across global teams, while aligning everyone toward common goals.
- Change management: Managing change and foster buy-in from diverse stakeholders will be key to driving successful process transformation and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, process management, or a strategic role within a global organization.
- Strong track record in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and leading cross-functional projects as project lead is essential.
- Experience in complaint management, risk management, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of technology solutions for process management is also beneficial
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing).
