Global Mobility Manager – ensure smooth relocations across the world

Do you want to help our colleagues relocate to new exciting career opportunities across the world? And are you ready to join a team supporting the development and continuous optimisation of our Global Mobility framework?

Then this is your opportunity to contribute to seamless cross-border relocations, ensuring our colleagues are ready to make lives better for people with intimate health care needs.

An office in Humlebæk that reaches the world
At Coloplast, we have activities across the globe from east to west and anywhere in between – and many of our colleagues transfer to different divisions within our organisation every day.

To make each relocation as smooth as possible, we have a Global Mobility team dedicated to ensuring seamless transfers end-to-end. Besides you, the team has one Global Mobility Consultant in Denmark and one in Poland.

“Our team navigates a great network of stakeholders and processes to ensure smooth relocations of colleagues. So you will be involved in all the different processes and challenges, from the operational to the more strategic ones,” says Head of Global Mobility, Lizette Rugaard.

Drive mobility processes from A to Z
As Global Mobility Manager, you have the functional responsibility for the area to ensure that all the different processes and tasks are handled, either in-house or through third-party providers in Denmark and internationally. You will report directly to the Head of Global Mobility.

From your desk in Humlebæk, where we usually connect around 3 days per week, you will collaborate closely with your team, coordinating and executing tasks to ensure smooth and timely relocations. Furthermore, you will contribute to process and policy optimisation and updates.

Among other things, you will:

-    Ensure the team provides efficient, compliant, and competitive support to the business areas
-    Drive the development, implementation, and communication of policies to ensure they are understood and adopted by stakeholders
-    Handle Global Mobility cases from A to Z together with the team
-    Support and advise local HR and our relocated colleagues throughout the process – from package selection to repatriation
-    Manage external providers and oversee that cost spend is in line with agreements
-    Ensure compliance within tax, immigration and labour law

"We’re always eager to hear fresh ideas on how we can improve and evolve, so this is your chance to make an impact and see your ideas come to life as we grow,” adds Lizette.

An excellent communicator, collaborator and business supporter
With the ability to structure and prioritise the task within the team, you ensure that no task is left unfinished, and all are delivered in due time.

It is critical that you can build relationships and collaborate with many external partners and colleagues from different levels of the organisation and in a global context. This is underlined by your professional and trustworthy nature and communication style.

Also, we imagine that you:

-    Have solid experience with Global Mobility and/or tax
-    Preferably, have some knowledge with Mercer’s mobility tools, tax and contracting gained either through professional experience or a relevant university degree
-    Are fluent in English, both oral and writing and MS Office, especially Excel
