At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our global Business Ethics & Compliance function, working closely with data privacy colleagues across regions. You will especially work closely together with our dedicated Data Privacy Managers in the US and China to ensure global alignment.

Lead our global privacy programme
As our new Global Data Protection Officer, you will take full responsibility for Coloplast’s global privacy programme and drive its next phase of maturity.
This includes embedding privacy-by-design across AI and digital innovation, strengthening marketing technology governance, safeguarding clinical and health data, and maturing the OneTrust privacy management platform as the backbone of our global setup. You will work across regions to ensure alignment, governance, and operational excellence.
You will for example:
• Lead and evolve our global privacy programme
• Collaborate with Legal Privacy and regional teams for consistent execution
• Define and track global KPIs and KRIs
• Drive global training and capability building
• Support incident and breach management together with Information Security and Legal

Experienced privacy professional with global outlook
You know how to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and act with integrity and responsibility in everything you do. A structured and analytical approach allows you to prioritise effectively, while collaborating across the organisation to ensure that privacy is embedded in both strategy and day-to-day operations.
Additionally, we imagine that you:
• Have a solid understanding of global privacy laws, including GDPR, PIPL, PIPA, and US state laws
• Are able to guide cross-functional teams in privacy-by-design
• Demonstrate strong analytical and prioritisation skills
• Bring a hands-on mindset and are comfortable working both strategically and operationally
• Have the ability to work across global time zones
• Are able to collaborate and influence across the organisation
